zhopr is a search engine and directory that helps shoppers discover independent webshops. We're not a marketplace in the traditional sense: when you buy something after finding a shop through zhopr, the transaction happens directly between you and that shop, on their own site, under their own terms. zhopr is never a party to the sale, never handles payment for the products you buy, and doesn't take possession of or responsibility for anything sold.

zhopr lists webshops so you can find them - it doesn't vet, endorse, or guarantee any shop, product, price, or claim made by a listed merchant. Any dispute about an order - delivery, quality, refunds, returns - is between you and the merchant directly, under their own terms and policies, not ours.

Listing your webshop on zhopr is free. We earn a commission only when a sale we referred to you actually happens - the rate depends on your shop's category and is shown in your dashboard. There's no cost to list, no cost to try, and no long-term commitment - you can disconnect or remove your listing at any time.

By listing a shop, you confirm that the information you provide (name, description, products, contact details) is accurate and that you have the right to list and sell the products shown. You're responsible for fulfilling orders, customer service, and complying with the laws that apply to your business - zhopr is a referral channel, not your merchant of record.

Where commission billing is enabled, charges are collected via Stripe once your outstanding balance crosses a threshold shown in your dashboard. We may suspend or remove a listing that's fraudulent, inaccurate, or that we reasonably believe misrepresents what's actually being sold.

Don't use zhopr to list anything illegal, to misrepresent a business, to attempt to circumvent commission tracking, or to interfere with the normal operation of the site.

The zhopr name, logo, and site design belong to Aurumo Consultants AB. Product names, images, and descriptions shown for listed webshops belong to their respective owners.

zhopr is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Aurumo Consultants AB isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of zhopr or from a transaction with a merchant you found through it.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
