How commission and billing work on zhopr
Listing your webshop on zhopr is free - always. There's no signup fee, no monthly subscription, and no cost if nothing sells. zhopr earns a commission only when it actually refers a paying customer to you.
Commission rates by category
Your commission rate depends on your shop's primary category, shown below. If a category has no rate of its own, it falls back to its parent category's rate, or to a base default of 3%.

How billing works
Commission owed accrues automatically as sales are referred - there's nothing to calculate or invoice yourself. Once your outstanding balance crosses 100 (in whatever currency it's owed in), it's charged automatically to the card you have on file, processed securely by Stripe. You'll see every charge itemized in your zhopr dashboard.
If you connect Shopify or WooCommerce, zhopr detects referred orders on your store automatically. This billing happens entirely through zhopr and Stripe - it's separate from and unrelated to any billing inside Shopify or WooCommerce themselves.
